Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to fund-raising merchandise, program kits, certificates, and documents fulfilled by Veeraj Foundation. Our goal is to deliver safely, transparently, and on time across India.

1) Serviceable Areas

  • India: We currently ship to most PIN codes across India via reputed courier partners.
  • International: Not available by default. For bulk/overseas requests, write to [email protected].

2) Order Processing Time

  • Standard items: Dispatch within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom/print-on-demand items: Dispatch within 3–5 working days (we’ll notify you if it differs).
  • Working days are Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays and NGO event days.

3) Estimated Delivery Timelines (Post-Dispatch)

  • Metros: 3–5 working days
  • Non-metros & Tier-2/3: 4–7 working days
  • Remote & special zones: 7–12 working days

Actual delivery depends on courier connectivity, local restrictions, weather, and peak-season loads.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout based on weight/volume and destination PIN code.
  • Promos such as free shipping may apply above certain order values; see product/checkout page for current offers.

5) Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared by email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
  • You can also check status at /track-order (if enabled) using your Order ID and phone/email.

6) Packaging & Sustainability

  • We use secure, tamper-evident packaging. Fragile items include extra cushioning.
  • Where possible, we prefer recyclable materials and minimal plastic to reduce environmental impact.

7) Address & Contact Changes

  • Address/phone changes are possible before dispatch. Email [email protected] with the subject “Address Update”.
  • Once shipped, changes must be coordinated directly with the courier (charges may apply, subject to courier policy).

8) Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery (RTO)

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 attempts. Keep your phone reachable for delivery coordination.
  • If undelivered and returned to origin (RTO), we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or issue a refund net of two-way shipping and gateway charges as per Cancellation & Refund Policy.

9) Damages, Shortages & Wrong Item

  • Kindly record an unboxing video and photos if you suspect damage/tampering.
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with order ID, photos/video, and a brief note. We’ll arrange replacement/repair or refund as applicable.

10) Multiple Shipments

For large or multi-SKU orders, items may ship from different locations/partners and arrive in separate parcels. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

11) Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is generally not available for fund-raising items. For special drives, COD availability (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

12) Invoicing & Taxes

  • Each order includes a tax invoice with GST breakup wherever applicable.
  • Donation receipts are separate from merchandise invoices and follow NGO accounting rules.

13) Force Majeure

Delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, lockdowns, natural calamities, etc.) may extend delivery timelines.
